One of our expert coaches will meet you at the gym. You'll have an in depth discussion about your goals, your exercise and injury history

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING INDUCTION

Your coach will show your aropund the gym, teach you our fundamental movements and help you to feel relaxed and at home in the gym environment. Answering any questions you have, making notes and making plans for the future.

BOOKING APP

You'll be taught face to face exactly how to use our booking app giving you access to sessions from 7am in the morning until 9pm at night, with only 1 hours notice needed to change a booking. We're as flexible as we need to be for your busy life.

FIT4LIFE PERSONAL TRAINING

These 50-minute sessions of no more than six like minded people are where the major work happens.

In short, everything you need to achieve your goals. Let’s break it down:

First off, you’ll be booked in with one of our expert coaches to map out your journey. We’ll find out all about your exercise history, give practical actionable advice as well as showing you how to use the booking app – They’ll also take you through various assessments to better understand how you move. From then on, the coaches will be your personal ally, giving you support and accountability to help you stay on track with your goals

Then, every week going forward, you’ll get access to Fit4Life personal training sessions to develop your strength, endurance and increase your lean muscle mass. To complement these strength sessions, you’ll have full access to our classes, which are primarily focused on cardiovascular fitness.

Yes, totally. At BWPT, we welcome all ages and ability levels. Our programmes are fully inclusive, and our coaching team will support you every step of the way. Many of our members come to us with no gym experience, and others haven’t been to a gym in years.

It’s no problem. The point of our tailored programmes is to create a fitness plan that suits your personal needs. If we think you’ll have trouble with parts of the training, we’ll just adapt some of the movements or build in some corrective exercises.

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions (Fit4Life) are 50 minutes from start to finish. Our Large Group Fitness Sessions45 minutes in length.
