You have achieved some amazing results since you started with us, and we would appreciate it if you would share your story.

  1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

Life (kids) happened and I found myself the most unfit I’d ever been, and with very little available time to do anything about it. The only thing I knew about dawn before and afterfitness was how to maintain a decent fitness level if I had time on my hands. I knew nothing about how to get a decent fitness level back once it was lost. I wanted to be fitter, have more energy in general, and be in better shape, but I didn’t know what to do in with the limited time I had.

  1. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

I have more energy, I’m stronger, I sleep better, and feel much healthier…and I’m slimmer and leaner.

  1. What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?

The tailoring. Week-to-week, depending on what is going on in my life (holidays, parties, sleepless nights), whatever workout I’m given it’s hard enough to deliver benefits, but not so hard it breaks me. It’s ruthlessly efficient, which suits me perfectly.

  1. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

If you want to change, you have to do something different. If you are going to put effort in to something new, put it in to something that is perfectly tailored to your needs – then you won’t waste any effort or time, everything you do will get you a result, every session delivers noticeable benefits.
