Using the most up to date training methods this 60 minute workout run by personal trainer Ben Winter promises to be two things:

Where is the class held and when?
The class meets outside of the JW Fitness Studio in Clifton College Sports Ground, Where Ben has run his personal training business for over 3 years. The class will begin at 9:30 and will then finish at the same spot 60 minutes later. The site has ample free parking.
How much does the Bootcamp cost?
Your first session is free, no questions asked, just enter your details below. If you enjoy the class then you have 2 options:

Who is Ben Winter?
I have been working as a personal trainer for over 7 years and have built up a portfolio of past and present clients with results that speak for themselves…
I started my own business 3 years ago after leaving a successful health club where I had built a reputation for himself as the ‘go to trainer’ and an expert in transforming peoples’ bodies. I pride myself in being able to not only make people look better, but also enabling a person to eat better, sleep better, feel better! The body cannot look its best until all health and fitness issues are addressed
In my pursuit of knowledge I have been lucky enough to travel the world in search of leading experts in the health and fitness field. Spending time training in Sydney with Aaron Mckenzie – Australias premier holistic health practitioner. Studying under British legend Steve Wyatt and more recently travelling to San Diego to train with world renowned 2x Personal trainer of the year, best selling author and head of the Under Armour Performance Council, Todd Durkin.
I’ve run 2 successful bootcamps before, 1 that was sold and one that outgrew my time restraints. I’m not new to this, If you decide to join us on a saturday morning you will not be training with someone who is learning on the job, I’ve done this many times before, I know what works and I know what people enjoy.
