Jacks background has always involved health and fitness; Jack has competed at county levels in both football and tennis as well as previously representing Bristol at cross country.
Jack likes to keep himself fit and healthy all year round, helping him stay in shape for his main sport football, he now represents Keynsham continuing to play a high standard of football.
Jacks knowledge of fitness goes beyond standard personal training qualifications; Jack has also received a triple distinction in sports development at college for coaching and fitness and has used this knowledge to mark himself out from your average personal trainer.
On top of helping clients achieve weight loss, inch loss and massive fitness gains, week after week; Jack recently used his skills to train himself and clients with a wide range of fitness levels to complete the 3 peaks challenge.
Climbing the 3 highest peaks in the Britain (Snowden, Ben Nevis & Scaffel Pike) in under 24 hours, Pushing them to their limits and encouraging them through this gruelling challenge for charity, all of the team managed to complete the challenge with an hour to spare!
