Ready to take your training to the next level?
Conducted in the privacy of our personal training studios ‘APT’ is a small group of 4 – 6 men who train to the limit of their abilities from the minute they walk in the gym to the minute they leave.
Who is the class aimed at?
- People with an above average level of fitness
- People entering endurance events (Toughmudder, triathalons etc)
- People interested in a fusion of Crossfit, Gym Jones and Personal Training
- Amature and professional sports players
- Anyone looking for a true test of fitness
- People willing to be pushed to their limits
- People who are’nt happy with an average level of fitness
What to expect?
Held in groups of no more than 6 likeminded men, clients are trained to their limits to create a physique capable of: Speed, Power, Endurance, Core strength and flexibility.
We use everything from dumbells to ropes from sand bags to tractor tyres. However our best friends and our worst enemies remain the concept2 rowing machine, Shwinn Airdyne and the SkiErg machine.
Note this is not a bootcamp class
Workouts are not thrown together on the spot – Every workout is written with a specific target in mind and furthermore a specific target for each atendee.
That being said I can honestly say this is one of the most enjoyable hours you will spend in a gym and as long as you have what it takes, this will also be the most rewarding hour you spend in the gym this week.

4 weeks of the class are paid for in advance and once purchased the atendee has 6 weeks to use the sessions.
